"To be a link in the chain of salvation of others is the greatest blessing possible." With these words, Fr. Tomasz Nowaczek, MIC, Provincial Superior of the Congregation of Marian Fathers, concluded his homily during the Holy Mass. funeral Fr. Wiktor Krawczyk, MIC.
In the last journey, Fr. Krawczyk, who died on March 13, was accompanied by confreres from the religious house of priests and Marian brothers in Licheń and other Marian religious houses in Poland, family, friends, Licheń parishioners and employees of the sanctuary.
Funeral ceremonies began at 1.00 p.m. with rosary prayer in the parish church of st. Dorothy, chaired by Fr. Krzysztof Jagoda, MIC. Half an hour later, Mass began. funeral of the deceased Marian, concelebrated by priests present at the ceremony presided over by Fr. Andrzej Pakuła, MIC, Superior General of the Congregation of Marian Fathers.
We are torn from everything that we have not been able to fulfill, which we have put off until later. The late Wiktor is one of our confreres who slowly passed away. There was a thread in his life that his priesthood was not his, but the One who chose him - Jesus Christ.

At the end of the homily, Fr. Nowaczek presented the testimony of Fr. Maciej Zachary, MIC, regarding the person of the deceased. In his testimony, the Marian described the great influence of the late father on the faith of his late father. Fr. Krawczyk. - "I am convinced that at the judgment of God, before which Fr. After the end of the Eucharist, the coffin with the body of the deceased priest was taken to the parish cemetery, where his mortal remains were buried in the Marian quarters.
