SANKTUARIUM MATKI BOŻEJ LICHEŃSKIEJ BOLESNEJ KRÓLOWEJ POLSKI

Masz prawo przeżywać emocje – zakończyły się rekolekcje „Jak przeżyć żałobę”

This retreat is a time to open up to God and people. Here you will understand that humbly accepting the pain after losing a loved one makes more room for love in you. You will learn that it is worth asking for help and using it when it is offered.

„Nie bardzo umiałam sobie z tym wszystkim poradzić. Jestem 8 miesięcy w żałobie po śmierci męża” – opowiada pani Renata, uczestniczka rekolekcji duchowo-psychologicznych „Jak przeżyć żałobę”, które odbyły się w Licheń Help Center Family during the weekend, April 1-3.

“The people I interviewed did not necessarily experience the same. I came here with a friend who also lost her husband. At first, I wondered what I was doing here. After the first class with Mrs. Monika, a psychotherapist - a great specialist - I came to the conclusion that I was at the place where I should be. "

“I learned that I have the right to experience emotions. Until now, I have suppressed it within myself. It wasn't the best way. Here they came out. I have met wonderful people who, like me, are in mourning. I am leaving here very uplifted. I am grateful for the professional help I received here, ”emphasizes Renata.
